Summary

Seagen has launched its first product in France in the therapeutic area of HER2+ metastatic breast cancer. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Product Manager France will work closely with the cross functional team to support the planning and execution of the product launch and lifecycle in France. Responsibilities associated with this role include the execution of a high-quality, refreshing communication and engagement plan, collaboration with field-based colleagues, train the field force on brand strategy & materials, brand tactics and congress plan execution. The Product Manager France is based at the Seagen France headquarter in Paris.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Manage breast cancer brand launch / life cycle in France in close collaboration with the Marketing Director and the local cross-functional team.
  • Lead and implement Seagen digital strategy.
  • Contribute to the annual cross functional strategic brand planning based on meaningful insights, a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, the competitive environment, and key unmet needs.
  • Support the Marketing Director in the business evolution analysis in providing input for the execution of the annual market research plan and suggesting relevant market studies.
  • Contribute to develop commercial tactical planning and lead execution, working closely with internal and external partners.
  • Co-Lead the design and execution of Seagen’s congress plan and Digital channel strategy and how this integrates with traditional channels.
  • Adapt global and regional marketing deliverables and tactics to meet local needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deploy communication training and field tactics.
  • Contribute to the accurate monitoring of the promotional budget allocation and spending.
  • Respect the Seagen and French compliance rules

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in Oncology.
  • Savvy and innovative, Digital marketing/multichannel engagement experience is preferable.
  • Thorough understanding of local compliance, pharmaceutical regulations and processes, as well as a sound ethical approach to business.
  • Strong English and French language skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; MBA, Pharm.D., Ph.D. or other related graduate-level degree preferred
